Penance for love

This was God’s revelation, during a psychologist’s consultation in the CREO Foundation in Colombia with a twenty three year old man who had wanted to commit suicide for a long time and had attempted every means to take his life but had failed.

When he was telling his story and what motivated him to commit suicide to the psychologist, they realized that he had made many mistakes, he felt bad about himself and he did not want to live any longer. Through prayer, the psychologist presented this man’s life story to the Lord who because of His infinite mercy revealed this beautiful prayer program to defend his life. This young man started to do the “penance for love” and now he is a happy person. He was finally able to die, but to die to the life of sin and to be born again in order to give his testimony to life and to show everyone that life with God is worth living. “God wants all His children to be saved.” “We have come to fulfill an important mission in this world, to love God and to obey His commandments in order to be happy and deserve Eternal Life.”

There are many ways to search our healing: prayers, books, programs, conferences, retreats and others, but ..... "if I don´t want, God can´t do it", and only in us is the solution, so we need to recognize that God is willing to forgive us and liberate us , God wants to restore in us, the divine order and only depends on each one of us!!!

Nobody can do for you, so only up to you to and this is the salvation of your soul ... and your entire family ... be strong! start now and follow these instructions:

Objective: “To be born again” (John 3:1-12)

Penance for love: This is a gift that you are going to give to yourself, but as the title indicates it will require effort. The reward, however, is your conversion, the salvation of your soul and that of your family members.

It is a process of self-healing using the most powerful “weapons” of our Holy Mother Catholic Church, such as the Holy Eucharist (Bread of Life and Word of God), the Holy Rosary (the intercession of our Mother, the Virgin Mary), and a daily visit to the Blessed Sacrament, offering on the altar each day, our “book of life.”

It is important to do the penance out of love for yourself first and then for your relatives, one by one. “Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved, you and your family.” (Acts 16:31)

Since this is a path to healing, you need to follow the following steps:

How to do the “Penance for love”:

Step one: Write a letter to God in silence calling on the Holy Spirit to bring to your mind all your past and present sins. This step serves as a preparation to receive the Mercy of God through the Sacrament of Penance (Sacramental Confession).

Step two: Go before the Blessed Sacrament and read your letter to God, then you can break it or burn it. Then make a life confession with a priest.

Step three: Start this process by offering and attending as many Masses (daily without interruption), as years you have lived plus one year (the year you were in your mother’s womb). Each day you will receive Holy Communion, pray the Rosary, and visit Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament for 15 minutes.

If you have any impediment to receive Holy Communion, you need to offer this suffering in expiation for your sins and pray with longing for the grace to be able to receive Jesus sacramentally.

Here is an example of how to do this: If you are 20 years old + 1=21 days. That is to say that for 21 days you will go daily to Mass without interruption and offer 21 Holy Communions, 21 Rosaries and 21 visits to the Blessed Sacrament.

Step four: You will offer the first Mass for your conception, gestation and birth. The book of your life will be opened in each stage. You should pray and ask Jesus during Mass at the moment of consecration: “Heal me and deliver me.” You will pray for the same intention during the Holy Rosary, being aware that it is Mary, as our mother and intercessor who will pray to God on your behalf. During the visit to the Blessed Sacrament, “Jesus as the Divine Physician will heal all your wounds and will fill all your voids with Divine Love.”

From the years 1 to 7, you will pray for your childhood and offer one Mass, one rosary and a 15 minute visit to the Blessed Sacrament for each year. At the exact moment of the consecration and the elevation of the Eucharist, there is a miracle, Jesus becomes our food in order to heal us and deliver us, and He does it out of love for you. At this moment you should pray with great trust saying: “Lord, heal me and deliver me.”

Step five: You will continue to offer one Mass, one rosary and a 15 minute visit to the Blessed Sacrament for each of the remaining years of your life (following the example above years 8-21). You will do this every day for each year of your life without skipping a day or doing two years in one day. You will ask the Holy Spirit to help you remember what you have lived, since starting from age 8 we have a consciousness of sin, we can recognize forgotten sins and bring them to confession. In this way we can find peace by forgiving and asking for forgiveness.

At the moment of the consecration, you should pray with humility and trust saying: “Lord, forgive me and have mercy on me.” (In case you have to miss a Mass for a serious reason, you should say a Rosary to protect the process and continue the next day without interruption. Don’t start from the beginning again.) Note: On the last day there is a great miracle, “You have been born again” (John 3:1-12). By love and mercy with have been saved and liberated and our book of life has been brought to the Mercy of God.

Step six: It is extremely important to close this process with the perfect finale: When you finish, you should have a Mass said in thanksgiving for your life or for the life

of whom you are doing the penance out of love in this way:A Mass of  “Thanksgiving to the Holy Trinity for the life of ______________________Each day is a day of rebirth in water and in Spirit. Although you can’t see this with your eyes, you need to believe in the power of God.

Important: The penance for love can be done by a married couple at the same time if they have been married in the Church. Also, after completing the penance out of love for yourself, you can do it for other members of your family, each one individually, including deceased members. You can repeat the penance for love for yourself or other relatives as many times as you feel it is necessary. Personal note from the translator (Angelica Avcikurt):

I have done this many times already and I find it is helpful to keep a notebook to keep track of the years and the insights you gain. I also wrote down the actual year and what grade in school I was in. Anything to help me remember that time. For example:

Day 0 Conception, gestation and birth 1963

Day 1 From 1 day old up to my first birthday December 1963-1964

Day 2 One year old December 1964-1965

*Notice that you probably need to add one more extra day because the way we count our age in English. We say we are one year old after our first birthday. In other countries, however, they consider that you are staring your second year of life; thus, the confusion.

In the book, they also recommend that you pay special attention to the Scripture readings during Mass and the homily because God will speak to you through them.
